If the Post Office informs us that an issue was undeliverable to the address on file, your subscription may be temporarily suspended. We kindly request that you allow up to four (4) weeks for a change of address to be fully processed.

In the event that you receive damaged items from Retromotive Pty Ltd, we are committed to making every effort to facilitate exchanges or replacements. Our paramount concern is ensuring your satisfaction when receiving each new issue, and we take exceptional care in the packaging of every copy. However, it is important to note that Retromotive Pty Ltd cannot assume responsibility for any damages incurred during transit. Any magazines, slipcases, or other merchandise that have already been received and are included in the subscription price cannot be returned for a refund. In cases where Retromotive related or Retromotive branded merchandise is available for separate purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges, provided that the returned items are in like-new condition. When you purchase a subscription, it automatically commences with the current issue available. For example, if you buy a subscription in February, it will begin with the January issue.

Automatic renewal and cancellation:

After your initial one year term, your subscription will automatically renew at one year for $149.99 (or the then-current rate) which includes postage. Your subscription will continue until you cancel. As the rate may change, we will send a notice before each renewal stating the term and then current rate. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected. You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time, at which point Retromotive Pty Ltd will refund you the remaining balance of your subscription fee. For instance, you will receive a refund of $50 and delivery cost after two standard issues have been delivered. Please allow one month for processing. International subscribers bear the responsibility for any applicable VAT and/or customs fees that may be imposed by their respective countries.
